The Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

The Customer who is a Consumer has a 14-day period to withdraw from the Agreement. The consumer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the Agreement expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods (collection of the parcel).

To exercise your right to withdraw from the Agreement, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous signed declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the Agreement before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the cost of the purchased goods and one-way shipping costs immediately, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. The direct costs of returning the items are borne by the Customer.

We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution.


Carrier Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding carriers, as well as any irregularities related to orders, should be submitted electronically to: info.melanstar@gmail.com.

  2. The Seller recommends that the complaint include: Buyer identification, and a brief description of the issue. If the package is delivered damaged, the Customer must prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery or within 1 hour of delivery. The Seller must be informed of the situation electronically, with the damage report and supporting photos attached.


Complaints Regarding the Goods

  1. Melanstar sp. z o. o., as the Seller, is liable to the Customer who is a Consumer under the warranty for defects in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, particularly Articles 556 through 556[3].

  2. Complaints concerning legal rights violations or terms stated in these Regulations should be sent to: info.melanstar@gmail.com. The Seller will respond to each complaint within 14 days.

  3. Melanstar sp. z o. o., the owner of the online store, is the manufacturer and seller of the goods offered. The Manufacturer and the Seller are liable for goods under warranty for 2 years for stainless steel sinks and washbasins, and 1 year for kitchen and bathroom accessories.

  4. All goods offered are new, free from physical and legal defects, and legally introduced to the Polish market.

  5. In the case of a defective product, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under warranty or guarantee (if granted) per the Civil Code.

  6. The Customer may, under the warranty, submit a declaration of price reduction, withdrawal from the contract (in case of a significant defect), request a replacement with a defect-free product, or demand defect removal.

  7. Complained goods should be sent to the Seller’s address:

  1. Return costs are borne by the Customer.

  2. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will, no later than 21 days from the date of acceptance, refund all payments made, including the cost of delivery.


Complaints Regarding the Provision of Electronic Services

  1. The online store takes all reasonable steps to ensure proper operation and commits to resolving any technical issues reported by customers within a reasonable time.

  2. Customers may report any irregularities in the operation of the website or store services by writing to:
