Prices and payment methods
- The prices of the Goods are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT.
The gross price of the goods does not include delivery costs.
- The total value of the order consists of the price of the goods or goods and delivery costs. Information about the total value of the order is displayed in the summary of the placed order.

- By accepting the Regulations, the Buyer consents to the Seller issuing and sending invoices in electronic form in accordance with Art. 106n of the Act of 11 March 2014 on tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 106, as amended). Consent to receiving an invoice in electronic form is tantamount to resigning from receiving an invoice in paper form.
- The Seller is not responsible for incorrect customer data indicated by him when placing the order as appropriate for issuing a VAT invoice.
Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement Order
1. The customer can place orders 24 hours a day, every day of the year, but their execution takes place only on business days from Monday to Friday, which are
business days for the Seller. Orders placed on weekdays after 12 p.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. The Goods ordered by the Customer are selected by adding them to the cart.
3. When placing an Order – until you click the “I order with the obligation to pay” button, the customer has the opportunity to modify the entered data and the selected Goods. For this purpose, please follow the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
4. In order to place an order, the Customer should:
– log in to your account (optional),
– select the product and then click the “Add to cart” button,
-select the payment and delivery method available in the Store,
– provide data for order processing, such as: name and surname of the recipient, recipient’s name, delivery address, contact telephone number, address, e-mail – if they are different from the data indicated during registration,
-enter the data necessary to issue a VAT invoice – including the address.
After the Customer using the online store provides all necessary data, a summary of the placed order will be displayed.
Payment is required to place an order.
Sending the Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of will to conclude a contract with Melanstar sp. z o.o. running the https://melanstar.com/ store Sales contracts, in accordance with the Regulations.
A message confirming placing the order and concluding the Sales Agreement is sent to the Customer’s e-mail address provided during registration.
